First Look at ‘King of the Hill’ Reboot on Hulu
king of the hill reboot: Life has changed in Arlen, Texas — and Hulu just gave fans a first glimpse.
The King of the Hill reboot on Hulu has released a teaser image showing Hank Hill and his friends back in the alley. But this time, things look a bit different.
Alamo Beer, Now Drone-Delivered
The new King of the Hill revival poster shows a drone dropping off a case of Alamo beer. Hank, Bill, Dale, and Boomhauer sit behind Hank’s house, just like old times.
The crew looks a little older. Bill is ordering food from “Mega Lo Eats,” and Dale is wearing a virtual reality headset while still holding a cold Alamo.
Original Cast Returns
Mike Judge returns as both Hank and Boomhauer. Kathy Najimy is back as Peggy. Pamela Adlon reprises her role as Bobby Hill, now working in a fusion restaurant — a nod to his grilling weekends with his dad.
Stephen Root returns as Bill. Sadly, Johnny Hardwick, the voice of Dale, passed away in 2023.
Hulu Hypes the Comeback
Hulu shared the revival poster with the caption:
“We are so back!”
There’s no official release date yet, but the Hulu King of the Hill reboot is expected to drop in summer 2025.
More info is coming May 30 during the ATX TV Festival in Austin, Texas. Creators Mike Judge and Greg Daniels, along with cast members, will attend and preview the series.
